This how-to will demonstrate how to find product serial numbers for various PHYTEC products. There are a few different formats for PHYTEC product serial numbers. Below, you can see a few examples.
Example 1
The format seen in Figure 1 shows a 6 digit alpha-numeric serial number ("G31276").
Example 2
The format seen in Figure 2 shows a MAC address format. In this instance, the Ethernet MAC address is also used as the serial number. If two MAC addresses are listed, the first listed address should be used as the serial number. The serial numbers in Figure 2 are: 502DF4087864 & 502DF4055F4C.
Example 3
The format seen in Figure 3 shows a DataMatrix format. The serial number shown in Figure 3 is "S00 005472".
